This location is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Full of campsites, woods, and this beautiful lake you can safely swim in, there is lots of variety available for your portraits.
*There is a $7 entry fee.
CATAHOULA BUTTERFLY GARDEN, BENTLEY LA
This location features a cute little garden, a small pond, a large field, and is on the edge of the woods for a perfect amount of variety in a small amount of time. This is my absolute favorite for sunset portraits because of the way the sun sets through the trees!
BUHLOW LAKE, PINEVILLE la
Again, variety is key for portraits! This location features the lake, fields, a railroad, a walking trail, and more.
downtown, ALEXANDRIA LA
Downtown has great spots for portraits, from cool old buildings to lively streets and hidden corners with tons of character!
RIVER OAKS, ALEXANDRIA la
This house in downtown Alexandria gives the perfect southern vibes and is perfect for engagement photos!
WALKING TRAIL, ALEXANDRIA LA
I love this location for Louisiana weather, because you still get the beautiful greens & trees but don't have to worry about trekking in the mud if it's rained.
